Those who, as a child in the 1960s, watched the epic tales of the first space voyages, the Apollo missions and the first moon landing, may remember how they were experienced with a passion and enthusiasm that are difficult to describe today. We really thought we were very close to the beginning of a new era, that the doors of the cosmos were about to swing open and that our future would be studded with flaming interstellar rockets. New mysterious worlds awaited us, populated by evil aliens, mysterious creatures and terrifying monsters.
FIVE MINUTES TO MARS wants to tell this: the magical and suspended moment that precedes the discovery of new worlds, new ideas, new characters; where everything is possible, and the only limit is the ability to imagine the fantastic and represent it.
The original work is painted with acrylic colors and colored pencils on a wooden panel.
The print is sold unframed, and shipped in a solid cardboard tube with an internal diameter of 10 cm.
